The layout of the neighborhood of condo is in a beautiful pine woods setting with enough space between buildings to create a lovely landscaped area. We purchased our home in Wellesley in March 2013. Elite was just finishing up construction on it. We were embarrassingly naive first-time home buyers coming off of 8 years renting tiny apartments in NYC. We were in a rush to purchase a home close to Boston because my father was about to undergo a stem cell transplant at Dana Farber and he'd be moving in too. We blindly chose a real estate agent who didn't even cover the territory where we were looking, and we didn't do any research! We didn't do any research on Elite. We didn't do much research on the town or any on the neighborhood. We saw a total of three houses. We were hopeless. But we fell in love with this gorgeous home the moment we saw it. It's as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. We walked inside and knew we were home. We didn't care what anyone else thought, but, of course, everyone who has been inside our house since we moved in has loved it too. Elite built a special house. Friends and strangers walk inside and start gushing over it: the triple crown moldings in practically every room; the light fixtures, all chosen by the builder's designer; the layout; the kitchen; the way it felt so solid, as opposed to most new construction; the detailing in the walls; the tray ceilings; the magnificent shower; the way the light fell in each room. We have had seven joyful years in this home, and we couldn't have been happier with Elite. We didn't know at the time how different each builder is, how important it is to choose the right one. Now we know, and we know we would have chosen Elite then, and would choose them again now. Steve was a pleasure to work with and beyond accommodating of all our requests. The head contractor was always willing to stop by and help us out with a question, a smile on his face. They did so much after the closing of the house to make sure we were happy. Seven years later the house has held up beautifully. It looks brand new. This is one well-built house and we have had not one problem with it. We whole-heartedly recommend Elite Builders, LLC. We're so grateful for the years we've spent in this home, and aren't quite sure how we lucked upon this house.
